Fantastic food with patient and helpful service. Everything we had was great. Vegetable and chicken Chilli Momo. Pakora and Samosas were so yummy. Chicken Saag, Lamb Rogan Josh, and Chicken Makhani/Paneer were all phenomenal. We will most definitely be returning to try new things next time!

Everest has great food. Each time I go there to eat I try a new dish I have not had there before. All the different dishes I have tried have all been excellent. I love the onion chutney they serve with the papadum. The owner and his family are very welcoming and appreciative of your business. Everest serves wine and beer too. You can get a good bottle of wine there for 18.00. The service is good too. On the weekends Everest has a buffet. I have not tried the buffet yet. They also offer catering. I have used the owner's cousin for catering when she had a pop up restaurant in Lexington before she went back to Nepal. I really like to support our local business owners and am especially glad the restaurant is in my neighborhood.

I didn’t know much about Nepalese food before going and was thrilled with the momos (especially the chili sauces ones!) and the sampler plate. We tried the goat and the shrimp for the thali and they were great. Excellent service from friendly staff. We will be back!

Everest is an exceptional restaurant that makes me feel lucky to live in Lexington. So many options for vegans and vegetarians, and you really cannot go wrong with any of them. Personally, I am in love with their paneer bhurji. I've also tried the saag, matar and kofta and they're all great. Please do yourself a favor and order the chilli momo. The veggie ones are so damn good. The vegetable thukpa is also a good choice, especially if you're trying to keep it under $20 with your entree. Their heat scale should be taken seriously but if you like spicy food it is indeed delicious. Vegan options are marked clearly and servers can answer any questions you have. Our vegan friends love the aloo ghobi. Also, the servers (and owner) at Everest are amazing. They routinely remember dietary restrictions among our various parties and are so thoughtful.
